| Committees Membership |
Advertising: Solicit advertisers for the monthly newsletter. Big Sister/Little Sister: assign current members to be Big Sisters who will provide guidance to new and prospective members. Historian: Maintain the club scrapbook highlighting club activities and update the membership album. Hospitality: Greet all members and guests at each meeting, provide information packets to prospective members, order and distribute name tags. Librarian: collect and maintain multiple birth and general child care reading material. Meals for Mom: coordinating meals for MOM's and their families in need. Mom's Night Out: coordinating MOM's Nights Out. National Delegate: responsible for coordinating the club's communication with National. |

| Newsletter Editor: publication of the monthly newsletter. | ||
| Publicity: notifying local media of all General Meetings and for promoting an awareness of club activities within the community. | ||
| Refreshments: setting up the refreshment table at the general meetings. | ||
| Research: recommend survey topics and write, distribute, tally, and report the results of an annual survey given to the members of RVMoM. | ||
| Adult Socials (2 people): Shall be responsible for planning and coordinating adult socials including the annual Ladies Night Out and soliciting a hostess for the holiday party and summer coffees. | ||
| Children's Socials (2-3 people): plan and coordinate children's socials (holiday & spring social, play dates, & group trips) | ||
| State Delegate (2 people): each delegate shall attend at least two of the four State meetings per calendar year (excluding Convention) and report relevant information in the RVMom newsletter. 2 year position. | ||
| Sunshine: send cards to members on behalf of the club in the event of illness, birth, and death. | ||
| Support Group: coordinate support group meeting in member's homes and write articles for the newsletter. | ||
| Telephone Chain: Shall coordinate the emergency telephone list. | ||
| Fundraising (2 people): plan and execute fund raising activities as agreed on by the Board. | ||
| License & Raffle: fill out and submit necessary paper work to state and township and conduct the 50/50 drawing at general meetings. | ||
| Clothing & Toy Sale: will plan and coordinate fall and spring clothing and toy sale. | ||
| Webmaster: maintain RVMoM's website with its service provider, update and post all club activities and information. | ||
| Welfare: shall present suggestions for possible assistance programs to the Executive Committee for approval. | ||
